Design Sponge Sneak Peek

Amy Azzarito at Design Sponge has posted a great "sneak peek" of Ellen's former penthouse on the upper east side. Design Sponge has always been one of our favorite style and design blogs with sections ranging from city guides (where I recently found a hotel for an upcoming trip to New Orleans) to product guides with round ups of all the newest and coolest things on the market.  With traditional magazines folding faster than an origami expert can create 1,000 origami cranes from the languishing copies- we are all looking to find resources that will fill the void.  Though I miss settling in with the latest copy of House & Garden magazine, I have fully embraced the experience of my laptop alerting me to new postings on our favorite sites.  The yeasty quality of a good site with old postings  layered over with ever-growing new information is an even richer wellspring of inspiration and information than that of the dog-eared monthly periodicals.
